Volunteer 1

If you have a child or teenager with a diagnosed developmental delay, and think they would benefit from programs offered by our agency, simply complete the Natural Family Application, and a coordinator will contact you once it has been received.

Volunteering

Are you a compassionate, caring individual who has some time to share in friendship with a child who has special needs? Why not join our wonderful crew of caring and creative volunteers?

Donating

Although we receive funding from the Ministry of Community and Social Services, we must raise additional funds to make up the shortfall. If you would like to see Hamilton & District Extend-A-Family continue to serve children and teens with special needs in this area as it has for 30 years, please give generously. We provide receipts for donations of $20.00 or more.

In-House Programs Pre-Screening Form

All participants must complete a pre-screening survey online each time prior to attending our programs. Participants will not be permitted to join in-person events until a parent/guardian has successfully completed the survey.

Please note: Participants will be asked to have their temperature checked using a contactless thermometer prior to entry.
