Hamilton & District Extend-A-Family Membership Renewal

 
 

 2021 Membership Rates:

Memberships renew each January at the rate of $25.00/per year. Your membership fee entitles you to receive reduced admission rates at recreational events, allows you to be eligible for special events and summer support. Membership also entitles you to voting privileges at Hamilton & District Extend-A-Family’s Annual General Meeting. Upon renewal, your family will receive a membership card that must be shown at each event you attend.

If you have joined our organization after October 1st, 2020 and paid a full membership fee, you will not be required to pay again until January 2022.

In-House Programs Pre-Screening Form

All participants must complete a pre-screening survey online each time prior to attending our programs. Participants will not be permitted to join in-person events until a parent/guardian has successfully completed the survey.

Please note: Participants will be asked to have their temperature checked using a contactless thermometer prior to entry.
